My suggested plan is to start by clearly explaining the risks associated with inadequate cybersecurity in embedded systems. Listen to the reasons behind the pushback. Ensure that cybersecurity is considered at every stage of development, from start to end. Make it a natural part of the workflow rather than an afterthought. By framing cybersecurity as both a critical responsibility and an opportunity for growth, you can inspire your team to prioritize protection.

Si no existe planificación para cubrir los riezgos, siempre existirá eventualidades. Ya no solo debe existir la solución, debe ser supervisada.

La estrategia es buena,pero no suficiente se debe gerenciar mejor eate tema en el tema de la decisión de entender que la la velocidad para reconfigurar la solución inicial se tal igual a los nuevos ciberataques del día.

El compromiso debe ir de la mano , con seguir el plan y especificar en equipo una mejora contínua , proactiva y dinámica para siempre estar un paso adelante.En realidad este tema debe ser muy parecido a una prevención que te escrita en un manual de funciones que se debe actualizar desde el SOC.

Aqui si estoy de acuerdo en que el equipo que protege una red debe conocer perfectamente el proceso de la acción operativa ,porque en los detalles puede está el ataque que puede ocurrir y debe saber el equipo dw ciberseguridad tomar la decisión adecuada, según la prioridad que sea necesaria.

En realidad aquí juega un papel muy importante el verdadero entrenamiento técnico técnico del equipo,porque quizá no pueda resolver el problema, pero puede detenerlo y asi encontrar aposteriori la nueva solución que involucre quizá comprar un nuevo equipamiento o software adecuado.
