Refresher training is crucial for saftey culture. Often time new employees provide a unique perspective on hazards in the work place. Having senior employees who turn away from training or "ignore" saftey for new hires is a red flag for the companies culture. Try to encourage the idea of Your Brothers Keeper and look out for one another. We often hear "Go home the same way to came in...just a little more tired." from management. Imagine if each employee was not only focused on themselves getting home safe but rather... the whole team.
