If it is conflict, it is something serious. If it is difference of opinions/approaches, it is a daily job for all people working in business, finding ways towards win-win both in transactional and "partnership" relationships. 1. Learn you partner well (as a company and as people). The more you know, the less "conflicts" will come out of the blue 2. If things happen - ask and listen. There might be inevitable reasons on the partner side. You need to decide what you accept (be demanding, but fair). 3. can things be rectified by the partner or together? 4. is it so serious that you need to part? (corruption...) Never forget, that such situations can happen from your end, as well. Open, objective, clear and collaborative approach is the key!

Vendor disputes can be tricky, but the key is to keep the partnership intact while resolving issues. Here’s how I handle it: Start with Understanding ??: Before reacting, listen to their side of the story. It builds empathy and sets a positive tone. Focus on Solutions, Not Blame ???: Shift the conversation to "How can we fix this?" rather than assigning blame. Keep Communication Clear and Professional ??: Avoid misunderstandings by sticking to facts and keeping emotions in check. Negotiate Win-Win Outcomes ??: Always aim for solutions where both parties benefit to preserve the long-term relationship. Document Everything ??: Keep a clear paper trail to avoid miscommunication later.

Look for solutions that are mutually beneficial rather than dwelling on blame. Be clear about what you expect from them, and listen to what they have to say as well. Together, you set specific and achievable goals for the future. Check in with one another on a regular basis so alignment is ensured and the partnership is solidified.
