Yes, I agree. As we too are customers for something end of the day. We too need that acknowledgement. A simple approach, a smile, a gesture or an apology go a long way. I remember a chat between me and a jet airways customer service agent. When things didn't go my way, I didn't loose my mind or abuse them. I just let her be and offer me a solution. She was happy and elated, she thanked me and literally said, people abuse and curse us. Points to Remember for me I too work in the same background. Same sector with spouse, hence I see how it is when he returns. All they need is respect. All we need is to remember they are humans too. Customer Services are not easy as you think.
