Unstable scaffold is a serious issue that require fast action. Many years ago, on a multi story building site, there had been a 40M scaffold, a cladding contractor was installing granite on the lower level of the adjacent wall was removing ledgers to access the work front, we noticed the scaffold was not stable. the following was carried out: - Stop work immediately. - Clear the surrounding area from people. - Get the scaffold professional to carry out an assessment. - Dismantling the scaffold started from top to reduce the weight. - The area was made safe.
