Importante revisitar as metas, entender se s?o justas e se o time foi bem orientado para o que é esperado dele. Em paralelo, promover fóruns de escuta ativa, tanto dos funcionários que entregam resultados, quanto dos que n?o conseguem alcan?ar as metas. A partir desse fórum teremos um norte para se trabalhar. Importante ressaltar que o resultado esperado deve estar bem alinhado com a equipe, n?o se pode ter dúvidas nessa parte. As metas precisam ser específicas e mensuráveis, é preciso que o resultado seja possível de ser alcan?ado e que tenha prazos determinados. Após a revis?o, é preciso gerar valor, o time precisa sentir a importancia do trabalho que ele entrega. Reconhecer a evolu??o e o alcance das metas manterá a equipe engajada.

Lead by Example: Demonstrate the behaviors and work ethic you expect from your team to inspire and set a standard. Doing the same things to show how it works and review the process with the teammate.
