1 Identify Issues

Este tema es para elaborar una Matriz de Excesos: 1. Lo hace sin intencionalidad, de manera continua o excepcional. 2. Lo hace con intencionalidad, de manera continua o excepcional. 3. El exceso fue por pérdida de control del Líder, o escapó al control establecido. Y así podría ampliarla, y sugerir medidas correctivas, pero lo que hay que precisar, es que cualquier desviación del Equipo es en parte responsabilidad del Líder (Principio de Resposabilidad Final), y debe medirse el alcance y efectos del quiebre de límites en el resto del Equipo, para impedir que contagie y se vuelva una costumbre. Si esta situación es corregible, se realinea el equipo, y como última opción, se desvincula al miembro.

Un Equipo debe tener establecida permanentemente y actualizadas las funciones, responsabilidades y límites en tomas de decisiones. Además, deben ser difundidas y controladas periódicamente. El Líder es responsable de establecer lo anterior, incluso sus propios límites. Estableciendo reglas claras, comprendidas y aceptadas por todo el Equipo, es la mejor forma de asegurar la Transparencia y ética en el actuar. Los problemas de ruptura de reglas, ameritan no solo una corrección, sino revisar las reglas vigentes, ya que el exceso puede deberse a una búsqueda de un camino más óptimo, y no necesariamente ser negativo o rupturista. Para evitar comentarios negativos, cualquier desviación debe ser informada al Equipo, para estudio.
