An example, i have seen and learnt from the projects i have worked upon is that adapting helps for a better growth and change is the need of an hour. Hence to be flexible to what have come up in the way leads to making new goals and achieving them.

There is no straight answer when it comes to scrum teams acceptance towards Agile ways of working. Build a lasting impression/legacy:- 1. You should not expect quick results: Time and effort produces results. 2. Be the cheerleader: The role of the scrum master is to continually promote the benefits and changes Agile is delivering real-time within the scrum team. 3. Build strong bonds,cultivate good team morale and environment: It's the building block. What can go wrong: Remember there is always two sides to a coin. 1. Leadership unwilling to adopt Agility: A culture of change should first flow top-down. 2. Attention towards wrong outputs: Organization obsessed over numbers and not valuing internal transformations happening team members.
