There could be multiple reasons for the participant not getting involved in the group activities. The possible measures could be 1. Placing them with their friends who can get them involved 2. Giving them the responsibility of being a leader or a mentor 3. Communicating with them privately & understand their concern 4. If they are comfortable being a spectator, then too much of forcing will also spoil their learning momentum. If they are learning & understanding the concept, we need to let them at their comfort.

En distintas oportunidades me he encontrado con situaciones similares. Importante: siempre antes de trabajar en dinámicas grupales, es detallar las condiciones de borde (informar sobre las actividades y que todos deben participar). Por lo general cuando se identifican perfiles individualistas o perfiles tímidos, ayuda no hacerlos trabajar primero, sino mostrar uno mismo o algún compa?ero con un perfil más desinhibido para romper el hielo, que pueda sentirse en confianza y que nadie juzgará a nadie. Siempre invitarlo a participar sin evidenciar algún juicio de valor.
