In my experience, the key to deal with different kind of client personality is the need to have an active listening. Clients with strong personality have no patience to repeat something or they don’t like to receive a wrong resolution caused by a misunderstanding. This is a lost time to them. In my opinion we need to listen as much as possible, make questions in order to gather the maximum of information and show results aligned to the client requirements as long as the resolution is being completed. Allied to this, keep calm, keep focus on the requirements, and try to filter any adversity generated in some Call. Be assertive in your speech and the customer will get satisfied if his requirements are being achieved.
