Great insights! In my experience, establishing trust and understanding is key to coaching resistant team members. I’ve found that taking time to listen to their concerns and offering consistent, constructive feedback helps them see the value in developing new skills. Small wins and clear milestones can build confidence over time. It’s all about patience, persistence, and creating a supportive environment for growth!

Definitely having a plan and goals to achieve and daily attractive tasks to progressive learning development are keeping your team member involved. I believe that gamification is a very stimulative method; it rewards people while learning and recognizes their efforts, keeping them informed in real-time about their status and progress. Implementing a gamification system for onboarding new members is a good solution. It is also keeping them captivated and focused and does not let their mind fly to search other alternatives and possibilities.
