Take mini breaks. Go for a quick run. And come back sharper. Caffeine does help but eventually it's your mindset that is going to help you so be in control, be positive, be energetic and enthusiastic.

Balancing work and life during breaking news deadlines isn’t always perfect, but I’ve learned to set realistic expectations. I can’t always achieve a perfect balance, and that’s okay. Instead, I adjust my personal and professional commitments based on what’s most urgent. Flexibility is key – some days require more focus on work, while other days allow for more personal time. Accepting that balance will look different every day helps me stay productive and grounded, without feeling overwhelmed by the constant pressure of deadlines.
