The key to stakeholders management when it comes to prioritization is to make them part of the solution, not part of the problem; how? By involving them in setting the priorities, gathering them in one room, showing them how their priorities align with the company objectives and customers’ needs, asking them to bet on priorities that will get us all closer to our common objectives. Keep in mind that customers’ feedback here is key, as the voice of customers will always be higher than any voice in the room.
