Honestly, self-care wasn't always a priority for me, especially when I'm juggling multiple projects and traveling non-stop. But I learned the hard way that burnout is real - and it's not worth it. So, I made some serious changes. My Non-Negotiables ?? ?Daily journaling (30 minutes) ?? ?Time blocking for self-care (schedule it!) ?? ?Digital detox (phone-free hours) Travel Self-Care ?? ?Sea views helps me relax while working so I book my stays in places with the view each time I travel. ?? ?Portable self-care kit (essentials and face masks) Boundaries ?? ?I limit clients (3-5 max monthly) To help me give them the best service Recharge ?? ?Power naps ?? ?Creative expression ?? ?Connection with loved ones What works for you?

People need to define what "self-care" is. Often times this is over glamorized or simply means "not work" but self-care can happen during the work day. Actually, it needs to! Going for a walk, reading to start the day (no PHONES), bubble baths...those are wonderful. If you can work from anywhere, then why not a bubble bath?!?

The first step is to actually understand that Self care is a priority! Everything else comes afterwards. So now that self care is your priority How can you make sure it is incorporated DAILY into your Creator lifestyle? Simple: Build your life/business around it. - Schedule work times (maybe 10 am - 3pm) and maintain it. - Put self care activities on your calendar. - Get a team mate, if needed. - Leave work that doesn’t align with your values. And so on. The most important thing is to realise the importance of self care.

Sincerely this can be really tricky One thing about balancing multiple projects and self care is that you'd usually think "oh I can have my self care some other time, let me just finish with this project blah blah blah" Sincerely you'll keep going that way and the next thing you'll experience burnout One thing that has worked for me on balancing such together is time management.. I allocate time to my activities for the day and even for the week.. That way there's a subconscious focus to get done this or that at specific time, and as well engage in self care routine at allocated time.. Having boundaries is a must. Apart from that, every creator must do some physical activity everyday. Apart from that, every creator must also spend some time on something fun which might be spending some time gaming, or watching memes with friends, or anything you like
