When any reconfigurations or evolutions are planned or imminent, no matter what your role, review the prints, diagrams, and procedures pertaining to the evolution. Take time to think about expected results, how to see those results, how to know if there is a non intended result, develop a plan regarding worst case scenarios and what would you do to mitigate. If possible discuss these things with others on your team.

Learning is a tool to overcome obstacles facing operations and diversify learning such as learning between team members and some of them produces an unparalleled type of cooperation, especially if this is linked to goals for the teacher and the learner, as well as setting clear training programs on the tasks of individuals in the team as well as on the basic tools of operations such as planning, time management and problem solving, which increases the value of each individual in his task and burdens him with a side of positive responsibility instead of a negative feeling of burdens.

Therefore, employees must seek support from their direct management in helping them achieve the learning goal by creating flexible relationships that allow for learning times as well as providing flexible learning tools that can be accessed at more than one time, such as scientific libraries specific to the plant’s work method.
