If you woke up in the morning with a fever, you would call in sick without blinking an eye. With an interview, you will have a bit more advance warning, allowing you to get your work done, so if you needed to call in, or take a few hours for an appointment, your work could still maintain your top level of performance. Job seekers are continuously feeling guilty. Remember, even if you absolutely love your job, you are trying to move onward. You are allowed to take care of yourself.
