Although balancing franchise expectations and brand standards is one of the crucial part but not impossible. However I have discussed in my previous posts about the coaching & support, this plays a major role into it. Most of the franchise are like clay or been misguided by others and they set their expectations accordingly. But I personally feel, franchise agreement plays an important role into it where from the day one following the brand guidelines should be one of the important clause for franchise. Secondly the regular audits to ensure the same and if it's not happening then doing an one on one session with franchise solves half of the issue. It is very important to make your franchise understand that he is your real success driver.
