When everything's urgent, prioritizing is key: Assess Impact & Urgency: Which tasks have the biggest consequences and most inflexible deadlines? Consider Dependencies: Identify tasks blocking others, completing these unblocks the workflow. Estimate Effort & Time: Balance quick wins with longer, critical tasks. Communicate & Collaborate: Discuss priorities with stakeholders and team members. Remain Flexible: Priorities can shift, so be prepared to adapt. To prioritize tasks when all projects have urgent deadlines, focus on those with the highest impact on project goals, significant consequences if delayed, or dependencies that could create bottlenecks. Use frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix or RICE scoring to determine urgency and importance. Align priorities with stakeholders on tasks that deliver the most business value assign tasks based on expertise. If using Agile, adjust priorities iteratively through sprint planning and daily standups. Regularly reevaluate priorities as new information emerges, and communicate your decisions clearly to the team and stakeholders. Leverage project management tools to track tasks and automate repetitive ones, freeing up time for critical work.

??? First, I assess the impact and urgency of each task by evaluating their deadlines and consequences. ?? Tasks with the most immediate deadlines or highest impact are prioritized. ?? Next, I consider dependencies—tasks that are prerequisites for others need to be completed first. ?? I also factor in resource availability, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle high-priority tasks efficiently. ?? Regular communication with stakeholders helps to adjust priorities dynamically. ?? Finally, I use project management tools to track progress and ensure alignment with overall project goals.

1) I stay in touch with stakeholders to confirm priorities. This helps ensure that I'm focusing on what actualy matters to the project's success. 2) I break down complex tasks into manageable pieces. This helps identify the most impactful subtask to address first. 3) I always use the Eisenhower Matrix => Important and urgent tasks comes first => Important but not urgent tasks are scheduled later => Urgent but not important tasks may be delegated or handled later => Not Urgent not important tasks are deprioritized
