UX spans platforms and devices, and the way we interact with them is evolving rapidly. Advancements like voice commands, natural language processing, hand gestures, and gaze tracking offer hands-free navigation and exploration, reducing reliance on traditional inputs. Voice commands simplify tasks and enhance accessibility, while gestures and gaze tracking enable dynamic, seamless control, creating more immersive and responsive experiences. To stay ahead, designers must continuously test with diverse users, adapt to real-world feedback, and adhere to accessibility standards. The ultimate goal: creating inclusive, hygienic, and secure experiences that respect privacy and foster trust, ensuring technology remains approachable for all.

Stay ahead in accessibility by following WCAG updates, engaging in continuous learning, testing with assistive technologies, and incorporating feedback from diverse users. Adopt inclusive design practices and explore new accessibility tools.

I would suggest doing two things here: having time dedicated to that, like learning and knowledge-sharing sessions where design team can discuss such new standards and plan changes; and the second thing - having accessibility as a base for your design, using tools and plugins to constantly check that your components are aligned with guidelines.
