It's about 2 things - task prioritization and mindset management. To prioritize tasks, it's best to map out all tasks in an 'Importance / Urgency' matrix, and start with the tasks that are both Important and Urgent first, then moving along and crossing them off one-by-one. It's also about managing your own well-being. Here, it's best to incorporate self-care routines throughout the day. For example, it's important to disconnect during lunch break and having lunch away from your screen. Otherwise, setting a 1-hour break time in afternoon also works, where you can do a personal hobby, call a friend, and completely disconnect, so you can come back to work re-energized. By doing these 2, you'll be the one who's in control!
