If you can fail in your first 90 days it means the company is not investing in the long term. 90 days is a very short timeframe where most of the effort should be on onboarding and goal setting. As I leader I have to see very strong red flags to consider a new hire has failed in the first 90 days. In most cases a person will start to deliver results after towards the 6 months mark.
