Was mir in einer Phase meines Lebens geholfen hat, in dem so ziemlich alles bisher gewohnte weggebrochen ist, war Schreiben. Und zwar das Schreiben von Hand???. Die Vorteile: ??? Stift und Papier sind immer greifbar, nie müde oder im Stress. ??? Unser Gehirn l?sst sich austricksen, wenn etwas geschrieben ist, ist es für das Gehirn auf gewisse Art erledigt. ??? Wer mag, kann Briefe an Menschen schreiben, ohne die losschicken zu müssen. Wer die Briefe anschliessend verbrennt, kann sicher sein, dass auch Geheimnisse gewahrt bleiben. ??? Da man jetzt wei?, was man NICHT will, kann man anfangen, aufzuschreiben, was man statt dessen will. Schreiben von Hand wirkt über die Feinmotorik auf das Gehirn, deshalb wirkt es anders, als Tippen.

Working since age of 18 in 2014 I had a huge setback when I lost my job of almost 5 years. I think that was the lowest moment of my life. I could not process anything, the lowest of confidence and could not clear any interviews and then I simply sat at home figuring out what can be done and then planned to put my emotions in the right direction.

I was thinking if this is the profession I always wanted or have I got too complacent sitting at a job and getting my monthly salary. So I tried to build my dream towards my new job and worked on finding the perfect time to go ahead with it.

You have to always look back and see what are the hurdles you have gone through, Nothing comes easy but everything is achievable as well. Sit with people who can offer a strong insight and highlight the skill that you have. You always know it but just require a push.

Plan you dream job, Jot it down work on steps to achieve it. It will take time but if your determined nothing will stop you from achieving it. Its is good to have failures as well, because if there is no failures the achievement will not be enjoyable.

Every Success towards your goal is an achievement. Live you every success to the fullest at the same time plan you next success timeline. celebrating even the smallest of success boosts your confidence and helps you to push yourself more. Appreciate the support of people who has pushed you to achieve things and stood by your side no matter what designation you achieve.
