Recently I wished to re enter a previous area of employment. I updated my resume as I felt I was not being recognised due to my age which I saw as a benefit. New Zealand penalises people trying to reenter the workforce after age 60. I have so much experience to provide. I used LinkedIn & Facebook for my advertising to let my contacts know I was wishing to reenter the workforce. Within a couple of hours I had 4 valuable inquiries. I have had one very good interview.
