Have change management process in place and follow the guidelines. Evaluate the change request in terms of its impact on triple constraints : Cost, Quality and Time. If the request doesnot compromise on these get approval from the chnage control board or your senior management and implement the change. If the change impacts the triple constraints also evaluate request more critically i.e impact on your working hours and future of the relationship with the client. Depending on the constraints teh decision could be to not support teh request or just include only the most critical analysis that is required to meet the deliverable's quality
