When a failure is occurred think about the solution is the first step. Authorized person can coordinate to make decision for selecting the best answer. After that by producing lessoned learn and create appropriate document, the matter will be saved. Making instruction to study lessoned learn during new designs/projects may be useful to prevent future failure.

To avoid technical glitches in projects is a important consideration as it directly impacts the completion timelines and achieving the desired result. Conducting a proper and detailed DAP and considering input from various process owners will help in forecasting various failure modes and those can be avoided. SMEs to be identified and work needs to be routed through them to have a smooth project execution and they would be able to forecast the failures in the due course and bring suitable solutions that would help in proper execution of the project. However if there are any failures the same has to be analysed for the root cause and the proper preventive measures need to be considered in the future executions.

Select the right team and discuss about the project. To avoid or, minimise any technical glitch, after every critical stage, the process and expected outcome needs to be discussed with a bigger audience, including some key members of the execution team. The technical discussions with a bigger audience will help the team to resolve any issue or, clarify or, even correct/modify decisions. Finally it needs to be discussed with the customer to ensure that the end results are in line with customer's technical requirements.
