Failure is part is success! If you have never failed, you are likely not innovating or learning much. I have heard that it takes around 10,000 hours of engaged practice to master something. Patrice is just the process doing something and slowly failing less until you know the process so well that failure is unlikely. Failure is an integral part of the learning and innovation process.
