Times we live in are times of life long learning otherwise we stay behind. Regardless how long someone is in a position, even more important for leadership, is to keep learning and develop, grow her/ him self. There are tons of trainings, coaching options available on a market. Everyone can find something for suits their needs. You don’t even need to pay high to get a quality one. It is important to screen market to select one fit well for your personal growth preferences. Base selection on your needs do a self reflection, ask colleagues to do 360 degree feedback assessment and keep open for change. It gives you a great fundamental to select method and then just keep working hard. It won’t come overnight, but with persistency, it will come.

Continuous learning is essential for effective leadership. Engage in professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars, or online courses to keep up with evolving leadership trends. Being open to feedback from peers, superiors, and subordinates can provide valuable insights into areas for improvement. Mentoring others can also enhance your leadership skills as it often involves reflecting on your own experiences and learning. I totally agree with the feedbacks provided by other experts. I would add that good practices to be replicated and negative feedbacks to be taken as a lessons learnt and proper actions to be taken for its improvement, leaders has to be able to take risks at some points ensuring it will bring positive results contributing in over all goals and objectives, although such decisions not formulated in any official agency documents. but such decision makes difference between Manager who is following and applying pre designed plan to achieve the assigned task and the leader who has to take some concrete and immediate decision provided it will contribute to achive overall goals and not crossing the red lines.leaders to spirit the team members.

I think growth as a leader is all about curiosity (as opposed to certainty) - especially as we move into a world that is increasingly uncertain. The first place to be curious is with myself - if I'm feeling anxious, or imposter syndrome, or the need to be perfect, I start with those - I don't even analyze them, I just notice them and wonder what they're there to do for me. Something comes up almost every time. What I do know is this: Those self-critical voices that we try to push aside will be heard, whether we want them to be or not. What's possible if you just notice them and get curious rather than immediately needing to react or analyze them?
