Setting and managing clear expectations around roles & responsibilities, goals, outcomes, and communication will help everyone put their best foot forward, including you as the leader. want a weekly update? tell the team. want to be consulted on big decisions? tell the team. want to know when something goes sideways? tell the team. the team doesn't want to keep information from you, and if you help them understand guardrails and best practices, everyone will feel much better!
