This is myth to maintain a successful career, if your career is successful then there is no need to maintain it, you need to develop it, you need to upgrade it to the next level. Because when you think and satisfy with your journey, that's dead end. You have to keep your self in constant motivation so that you can reach to next level. According to my professional experience and so far what i have seen. If you try to maintain it, means you are in comfort zone and that comfort zone will definitely broke you one day. So it is simple, Keep upgrading your self and move towards next step of successful journey.

It’s key to understand that success is not a destination but a collection of things done very well over time . So what got you to this point is not what will take you forward , which is we’re your past strengths, experience comes into play if you can leverage your experience you then make the next step shorter and easier .

I always thank my team members for their feedback, acknowledging the time and thought they put ? I understand that giving feedback to a supervisor can be intimidating. When the pandemic stuck, we had to re invent the way we do business. First it was survival, but then figuring out how we are going to come out of this stronger than before.

As an entrepreneur, I've faced my fair share of challenges, from building a business from scratch to managing finances and clients. El verdadero éxito está en poder vivir alegremente, disfrutar de la vida, y en valorar esas cosas que no se pueden comprar. No existe una carrera exitosa donde todo se resuma en trabajar y ganar dinero, así sea muchísimo. No existe. "Balance" is a word we hear thrown around a lot, especially when it comes to achieving a fulfilling life. But here's a thought: what if we ditched the notion of balance altogether? What if, instead, we embraced the concept of integration? I don't believe in a balanced life. To me, balance implies a constant juggling act, trying to give equal attention to every aspect of our lives. But let's face it – that's not always realistic or even desirable. Instead, I advocate for an integrated life. Picture it like a puzzle, with each piece representing a different aspect of our lives – work, family, hobbies, personal growth, you name it. Rather than trying to keep these pieces perfectly balanced, we aim to make them work harmoniously together.

The Mantras of life is called successful, when it balance with all the corner of the life, whether it is in personal , professional or at work place, it is being equally managed in acceptable manner. If one corner has problem the other will automatically impact in other ways in someway. Sometime it may difficult to manage but sometimes it has no choice or options to decide, but one should has to decide prudently.

Profession is like riding a bicycle ~ you have to keep moving 》or you will fall down!! Once you have been successful, you need to keep up with continued knowledge enhancement, sharpening skills, new learning areas. Otherwise you will get left out and fall behind.

Continuous learning, constant improvement in your craft/yourself, learning from others, staying true to self and your goals. Being intentional in what you want to achieve in life. Being malleable when necessary in order to benefit your growth. I think for me, even though I haven't exactly reached to where I truly desire to be in my career, these have helped me achieve the goals that I have set in life.
