Collaboration and communication is the key. I think the best way is to ideate collectively and define the whole process. Recently, we did a successful project in which we collaborated throughout the whole process in person from UX research to wireframing sessions, to prototyping and testing and finalising the product. I think the success of that project was because of our collaboration as a team, which led us to defining creative solutions for the end users.
