Influenced perspective on internal teams on the journey instead of hearing from the real userss 3. Not enough iteration and review 4. Assumption and Generilizations 5. Not focusing on Emotions at different touch points etc. This should not be an one time discovery, the journeys should be revisited quite oftern and we need to takeaway enough action points to research and design accordingly
