Na minha experiência já participei de alguns projetos, já cometemos erros mas aprendemos com eles. Antes de iniciar é necessário tra?ar um cronograma de acordo com as etapas que o projeto precisa, incluir as datas principais do projeto. Acompanhar os trabalhos de cada um, avaliar se o cronograma precisa ser readequado para que a data final seja cumprida. E por fim no final do projeto identificar os pontos que houveram necessidade de corre??o para preven??o em próximos projetos.

It is important to properly assess the strengths and weaknesses of each and every member in the team and assign roles keeping in mind of that assessment. Also, a regular sample checks needs to be done which should act as indicators to assess the progress of the task assigned. Depending on the assessment, one should take a call on whether a deeper involvement or guidance or re assignment is required in order to ensure the task gets to closure as expected.

The third step is to establish a communication system for your team project. How will you communicate with each other and with other stakeholders? What are the modes, frequencies, and agendas of your communication? How will you share information, feedback, and ideas? How will you resolve conflicts and issues?
