Yes, definitely the very first step would be to acknowledge the failures and very plainly point them out along with reasons, no blaming, just reasoning. Second is to point out what all could have avoided the failures. Third would definitely be to come up with a new strategy from ground zero taking into consideration all the pointers that we listen in second...but always include the team and make short term, realistic goals with them. Have a separate bigger picture in your mind, but keep it restrained only to you. Once small steps are getting implemented, with the team feeling included and getting small victories, encourage and applaud and plan next small steps. This way the final puzzle is solved and your team remains motivated. Cheers
