Assure all Design Engineering documents delivered and accepted by End User or Client. Make sure all Vendor documents and required equipment delivered at site as per Project schedule. Vendors mobilization and site resources, Spares as needed, required enough manpower with compatency, to be followed Project site activities as per Schedule with out any incident or accident to meet Project dead line.

From your weekly meetings, your team will provide you with statuses within your program(s) as well as the associated risks. normally, your team's risk working group will have developed mitigation steps to help minimize the risk and/or present new ways forward for your concurrence. Though your program leads should be keeping track of the changes you signoff on, you as well should be keeping notes on the changes and follow-up with their status.

The sixth and final step is to learn from your experience and improve your performance. This means collecting and evaluating data and feedback on your project outcomes, processes, and practices and identifying what worked well and what didn't.
