As a recruiter, you may at times need to dip into personal time to call a client or candidate, so make sure you take the extra time to refresh and recharge. Second thing is to create a schedule and stick to it to avoid overcommitting yourself, you could create a schedule with time set aside for work, personal activities, and rest. Then You must take breaks as taking breaks can improve productivity and focus. Last thing is to unplug from technology. As a recruiter, you probably spend most of your time in front of a screen and on the phone. when the work day is over, don't stare at your screen.
