1 Set up a comfortable workspace

One of the first things you should do is to create a dedicated space for your work, preferably in a quiet and well-lit room. You should also invest in a comfortable chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset that suit your ergonomic needs. 1. Invest in good working furniture. Ergonomic chairs and height-raising desks are super helpful. 2. Create a dedicated space for working. Don't keep hopping between sofa, bed, dining table etc. The moment you come physically in this space, it allows you to stay mentally in this space, and allows to focus more. 3. Switch on camera only when required:- Camera lets you sit at a single place and requires you to keep staring on the screen. This impacts neck and back negatively. An off camera allows you to keep moving in the room, keep changing positions and give some rest to your body.

1Invest in a good ergo chair and ambient light are very useful tools because you won't be tired and you will keep yourself comfortable during your working hours. 2 - Have your own place to work that contains a door so you can lock yourself in whenever you need and keep with little or no distraction. 3 - Control your routine by having some well-defined goals so you can keep track of time. If possible, write all of them in a whiteboard. 4 - follow some sort of methodology to be focused such as pomodoro timer to dedicate the best of your time being focused. 5 - Listen to some good music in a very low volume.
