This at times results in greenwashing and deep impact on internal/ external reporting. Before jumping into open dialogue, do your homework before making a call. - Do the maths of COP( cost of opportunity) and impact. - Prepare a plan B, and sometimes C - Align with stakeholders upfront before the open dialogue

After the conflict is dealt with, take a critical and deep look at the whole situation including your job in environmental consulting before the conflict, during the conflict and after the conflict. Sometimes, conflict might just reveal some hidden realities about our careers that we don't necessarily accept before that. It might reveal things that will help us be better, for example it might be time for a career progression, learning a new skill, switching to something else, and most especially it might just be a natural conflict that was meant to happen
