Even if they are autocratic, as a coach we should not go with any judgements. Because that prejudice thoughts will hamper us being a coach. In my experience, if we treat people with dignity, respect, empathy & acceptance, automatically people start travelling with us. Thus, let us not have any tags here. Human personalities can be moulded well. It's purely in the hands of the coach.
