Este es un proceso personal, único, como lo es cada persona, lo importante es primero planteárselo, seguir con comprometerse seria y firmemente consigo mismo, porque este no es un proceso fácil. Antes de iniciar es fundamental el realizar una autoevaluación, para con base en este resultado identificar fortalezas, cualidades, debilidades y defectos para iniciar su proceso en crear, fortalecer y avanzar paso a paso, día a día en lograr ser lo que ha definido lograr en cada rol de su vida.

El realizar una autoevaluación, para algunas personas no es una tarea fácil, es recomendable tener primero claro cuál es su propósito y objetivos a corto, mediano y largo plazo para alcanzar ese propósito. Con base en esta información y datos estar con total y una férrea disposición y honestidad consigo mismo para iniciar a plantear, identificar y escribir su autoevaluación; para lo cual apoyarse en un método de varios que se pueden consultar y definir los criterios y estándares a seguir en la autoevaluación, aplicándolo a cada uno de sus diferentes roles como lo son el personal, hogar, pareja, profesión, laboral, amigos, compa?eros, vecinos, comunidad, espiritual entre otros.
