It's okay to feel unsure. Recognizing this feeling helps you handle them better. Many entrepreneurs feel this way too. Count on the research & planning you’ve done. Use your data to remind yourself why entering this market is a good idea. Being well-prepared boosts confidence. Set clear doable goals for your venture. Break them into smaller tasks to make things less daunting. Achieving each goal will build your confidence. Be with supportive people. They can give helpful advice and encouragement. Celebrate small successes. Each win shows you can handle challenges boosting your confidence. See mistakes as ways to learn. Every step, win or lose teaches you something valuable about the market and yourself.

The right level of self doubt is a gift. If we are blind to feedback the chance of being successful is like winning the lottery. On the other hand, self doubt can be paralyzing. Try to analyze where the doubt is coming from. Is it fear of failure- imposter syndrome rearing its ugly head. If so, confront this head on. Acknowledge that this is scary. All we can do is out best and if it doesn't work, the world does not come to an end. If the self doubt is because the data is not supporting your theories, then it is important not to brush this aside. Be open to a modification, pivot or even to shut down your baby to seek your next adventure

Charles Bukowski nailed it: "The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts and the stupid ones are full of confidence.". Self-doubt isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, it protects us from being reckless or hasty and forces us to think more deeply about our decisions. It’s tough, but try to navigate it by asking logical questions. Do you have sound, rational reasons for wanting to venture into new markets? Your lack of confidence may be a safety brake, making you double-check your plan. Or, it could be that deep down, you know it’s not the right move, and that doubt is your defense mechanism. You need to reflect and figure out which it is - because no one else can change what’s deeply rooted in you.
