Not everyone has the ability to be a mentor and it's not just about the mentor's achievements or knowledge. It's primarily about the chemistry between the mentor and mentee. Are you comfortable sharing your fears, aspirations, strengths and weakness (you know, personal stuff). Are you able to accept the sometimes brutal feedback?
