It's remarkable how many "out of the box" new technologies you'll encounter. However, are they genuinely innovative? Are these proposals aligned with your company's strategy? Therefore, your filtering process must be precise, allowing only those with real promise and the potential to bring value to your business to pass through. But be careful not to be overly aggressive in your selection, as you might inadvertently let something with a good fit slip through the cracks.

2 Build your network and portfolio
