First understand the culture of the company and the nature of your work. Theory knowledge is somewhat different from practical knowledge and hence be patient until you understand the same. Take up any work given to you, learn it and simplify it/ improve it. Learn or get used to outlook, excel, PPT and word documents. Always hear to your senior and give feedback in a polite way.

Cómo RH/TH no llegas a implantar una cultura, debes tener un entendimiento de cómo funciona y surge la cultura organizacional en lo general, con ello, al llegar a cada organización podrás detectar lo que forma parte de ellos y no está sujeto al cambio, así como aquellas cosas que se pueden mejorar.

Here are some things I did when I got out of college that I hope will help. First and foremost, I looked to get a job or internship to apply the knowledge I gained during my studies. To advance in my career, I focused on doing my best, I improved both my soft skills and hard skills, and continued to learn to keep up-to-date with trends in HR practices and regulations in the country.

In HR there are always things to learn, but it's important to note that you won't know everything over night. Sign up for legal and compliance updates because those are the things that are ever changing. My strategy for learning has always been, if I can look it up in a few minutes then I don't need to know it/memorize it. Spending your learning time on business and strategy, in addition to effective coaching, will be better time spent. Being an HR partner who understands how talent affects business success will position you better as a organizational leader not just "HR."
