Acredito que as ferramentas de reconhecimento pode ser eficazes porém acredito que n?o podemos somente depender disso se for por exemplo um curso ok fora isso perdemos o contato pessoa a pessoa e faz com que o colaborador do time n?o se sinta parte do mesmo.
