The recruiter who has a lot of feedbacks and success stories is the one you should go to for help! This person has definitely experience and can help you see clearer, this is what I would have done if I want to find a job??
-
There's already a ton of great feedback in this discussion... ?????? ?????????? ???? ???? ???? ???????? ???? ???????????? ??/?? ??????????????... send out BOTH versions of the resume and see which one performs better. PERFORMANCE is defined ONLY as getting actually calls for an interview. You'll need to send each resume to 30+ jobs for a fair sample size.

When choosing between two experts’ advice on your resume layout, consider the one whose guidance aligns best with your industry, career level, and target role. If one expert emphasizes a modern, clean design that highlights achievements and key skills, and this resonates with current hiring trends in your field, it may be the better choice. Additionally, prioritize advice that enhances readability and ATS compatibility, as these factors are crucial for getting your resume noticed. Ultimately, follow the approach that best showcases your unique value in a way that’s relevant to the employers you’re targeting.
-
To decide whose advice you should follow for career success, you need to first understand this field. This is because different fields requires different types of layout and format. You need to then make sure that your resume is suitable for this field in terms of how professional or creative it looks. This is to show that you are suitable for this role. You need to also ask for feedback or opinion from people whom you trust. This is to re-assure yourself of your choice of layout.
-
Remember, it is just advice. Pick the layout that you feel best fits you (hey, go crazy, mix and match if you like) then test both out. Recruiters are really good sources as they see so many and as they want you to get a job (ideally through them) they are usually very honest but also test with friends and relatives. Don’t use the free cv checker on job search sites. Their business model depends on cv writing. Which is easier to read? Is it clear what you can do and what you have achieved? Does it include at least your email (ideally LinkedIn and mobile number as well). Does it include the town where you live?
