Delivering training goes beyond presenting slides. It involves role-playing, team activities, and active dialogue between the trainer and participants. Training can also be enriched with real-time scenarios and case studies, allowing participants to derive outcomes that provide a clear and practical understanding of the topic.

However the tight schedules are, if we can incorporate experiential learning, automatically we can bring the schedule back on track. I conduct an activity & through that i indulge in multiple concepts organically. So the schedule is also met & learning is also made fun. I deliver my sessions with limited PPTs & maximum activities

In the age of technology the are many innovative methods for training. Training methods can include videos and training content made available on an online platform with a short quiz to measure the understanding by the audience. Scheduling of training in a work environment and trying to accomadate availability of staff and presenters is a difficult balance. Especially with changes in compliance and legislation in the financial services industry, training is required at short notice. An online live webinar can be offered for live interaction but also an alternative to cater for those who cannot attend with an online recorded webinar. This can be followed up by ad hoc sessions.
