Today no one can handover goals arbitrarily to team members without a structured approach and expect them to perform. With technology revolutionising almost every space, being a leader of IT consulting is a very challenging role indeed. Then we will ideate jointly to go about estimating what is the market space viz; both the known market space and to be discovered market spaces.
