After defining WHY and HOW make your standard method for evaluation. You can use criteria lists of the specific goals and expectations of your evaluation. Analyze which criteria or method suits to your evaluation process and use the same. e.g. If you are evaluating the individuals performance then you can use either observation method or focused group.

After you have selected your methods and tools, you need to implement your evaluation plan in a systematic and ethical way. You should follow the steps and procedures that you have outlined in your plan, and ensure that you collect data and evidence in a consistent and respectful manner. Now once the method is been decided, you can implement the method as decided. Make sure that the data you are collecting through evaluation method decided should be easily analysed. The data should be consist with the proofs of the same and also justify the evaluation.
