This should be one of the first tools to use to define what the process is. What is the objective of the process? What is the scope of the process? What are your inputs and outputs of the process? Who are your stakeholders involved in the process? What systems and/or applications are involved in the processes? These and other questions need to be answered before you can understand what gaps and pain points exists before any improvements can be implemented.

Process improvement can help you increase your productivity and efficiency, reduce your costs and errors, improve your customer satisfaction and loyalty, and foster your innovation and growth. Process improvement can be done using various frameworks, such as lean, six sigma, or agile. You can use software tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana to manage and execute your process improvement projects online, or you can use project management tools and techniques to plan and control them.

In order to improve any process one must study the process itself, and the best tool that I know of is made by @Khenda, as you can use any camera to record hours of iterations. Once the video is captured, their AI models will parse the video and contextualizing the data. This enables a CI practitioner to use data from hundreds or thousands of instances so that the data set is rich and representative. Once the mapping and line balancing is done, I like to use a digital twin of the process and work through the specific phases of re-engineering. 1. Eliminate everything practical 2. Reduce the number of occurrences that activities take place 3. Reduce everything by as large a fraction as possible 4. Last, externalize as much as is possible
