1. Listen : You begin by listening to everyone's perspectives along with their reasons, and sort out ones which have valid reasons or proofs behind them. 2. Keep limitations in mind: Then you check what are the limitations you have on the project like time constraints and budget etc. 3. Organization: Arrange the feedback that can be implemented in order of priority, 4. Test and iterate: at the end, the users will tell which feedback was actually helping the product, so user testing is the most crucial step of the process. 5. It's important to note that no matter what situation all the feedback is rarely can be implemented due to time constraints so it's best to justify both the implemented and rejected feedback choices.
